Why is XSellerate being discontinued?
As we continue to enhance our products to better serve appraisers, we also look at products that aren't providing enough value to carry them forward. In an effort to spend our time wisely and help the most appraisers succeed, we've decided to discontinue XSellerate. This decision was based on multiple factors, including the very low (and declining) number of XSellerate users, the availability of much better options, and our need to be laser‑focused as we work on large projects affecting all appraisers, like UAD updates.
What does the XSellerate discontinuation mean for me?
In the near future, you'll no longer have access to XSellerate. For most of our customers, this means access will be discontinued on your contract renewal date. A small number of customers with renewal dates between 04/01/2024 and 08/08/2024 will have a different discontinuation date — which we'll address specifically in an email.
