It's possible that an email from a la mode may occasionally be placed in your Spam or Junk folder due to your email provider's spam settings. If this happens, we can't send you information like changes in your products, Technical Support, or information you need to attend one of our training events. To ensure that you receive all email from us, simply add the following addresses to your spam blocker's safe senders list (or whitelist):
