Occasionally, you might run into a situation in which TOTAL doesn't open up like it usually does. If TOTAL fails to open and you aren't receiving any error messages, you might need to repair or replace some of TOTAL's program files. Follow the instructions below to learn how!
If you haven't already restarted your PC since the issue began, restart your machine before continuing.
Go to https://www.alamode.com/tech/files/updates.exe. A file download should begin in your web browser automatically.
Run the file you just downloaded. This launches the Tech Support Assistant.
Let the Tech Support Assistant finish verifying TOTAL files. When it's done, click Fix.
On the following screen, click Replace All to repair or replace any missing or damaged files.
That's it! Once you've repaired and replaced TOTAL's system files, simply close the Tech Support Assistant and open TOTAL.
