When transitioning to TOTAL, use the Competitor Conversion Wizard to import your previous appraisal reports and databases. To do this, the wizard needs the exact file paths where your old software stored those files. We provide the default locations below for your convenience.

ACI
Due to ACI's encryption and proprietary formatting, TOTAL is unable to convert ACI reports created with Version 8.5.2 or higher, or photos inside ACI Canister files. However, TOTAL can convert ACI's Comparables Database and Photos Database, and it can import data from legacy UAD XML files.
