Due to a recent change, the Map Wizard is unable to contact our servers if you are behind on updates.
To correct this issue, simply download the latest updates for TOTAL:
First, save any reports you are working on.
Now, click Help and choose Check for Updates.
That's it! Once the updates have been installed, you're able to download maps again.
